The team at the "Happy Kids" daycare center, consisting of 10 pedagogical specialists, cares for the children with love and commitment. Our work is enriched by various additional qualifications. These include practical instructors, parent mentors, curative education nurses and an additional curative education qualification. One educator is currently training to become a systemic counselor.

Our team is completed by two housekeepers and a janitor. All employees regularly take part in further and advanced training.

We are always interested in developing ourselves further and thus ensure a pedagogy based on the latest findings of attachment and educational research.
